Policies
Please read these before registering, buying a booklet or joining the programme. They are short on purpose.
Access
Exam Preparation is a monthly educational service. Access remains active only for students whose registration and payment have been confirmed.
Recording
Live sessions may be recorded for educational use. A student's display name, voice, written response or chat contribution may appear in a recording. Registration includes consent to this educational recording process.
Video availability
ERB Academy publishes a transparent indication of available video coverage. Video libraries are updated progressively. Registration does not mean that every chapter video is already available on the first day.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend regularly, arrive on time and complete the assigned work. Recordings support revision but should not replace consistent live participation.
Missed sessions
Where a recording is available, a student who misses a session may use the recording. ERB Academy is not required to provide an individual replacement lesson for every missed grouped session.
Booklet copyright
Premium ERB Academy booklets are serialised in the registered buyer's name. They may not be shared, forwarded, uploaded, reproduced, printed for distribution, resold or placed in public or private digital groups.
Free booklets
Free booklet versions remain protected ERB Academy materials. Free access does not grant permission to resell, modify, rebrand or redistribute the material.
Registered-student booklet price
The Rs500 booklet price applies only while the student is actively enrolled in the corresponding subject, and only where the retail price exceeds Rs500. Eligibility may be verified before delivery.
Refunds
Monthly fees and digital-product payments are non-refundable once class access, platform access, website codes, booklets, links or other digital resources have been delivered.
AI-assisted support
AI-assisted support is an additional learning tool. Students should still use teacher explanations, official syllabuses, mark schemes and ERB Academy materials. AI-generated responses may require verification.
Privacy
Information collected through the registration form and WhatsApp is used for registration, payment verification, programme access, academic communication, parent follow-up and student support. ERB Academy does not sell student or parent information.
Examination predictions
ERB Academy predictions are evidence-based revision priorities derived from syllabus content, recurring question structures and examiner-report findings. ERB Academy does not have access to examination questions and does not claim to. All practice material is original and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination board.
