Please read these before buying or subscribing. They are short on purpose.
Atoms access
Atoms subscriptions are monthly: Rs 799 per subject or Rs 2,999 for all subjects. Access is active only once payment has been confirmed, and runs until the end date shown in the app. A free account opens part of every course.
Recording
Live sessions may be recorded for educational use. A student's display name, voice, written response or chat contribution may appear in a recording. Joining live sessions includes consent to this educational recording process.
Video availability
ERB Academy publishes a transparent indication of available video coverage. Video libraries are updated progressively. Subscribing does not mean that every chapter video is already available on the first day.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend live sessions regularly, arrive on time and complete the assigned work. Recordings support revision but should not replace consistent live participation.
Missed sessions
Where a recording is available, a student who misses a session may use the recording. ERB Academy is not required to provide an individual replacement lesson for every missed grouped session.
Booklet copyright
Premium ERB Academy booklets and exam files are serialised in the registered buyer's name. They may not be shared, forwarded, uploaded, reproduced, printed for distribution, resold or placed in public or private digital groups.
Free materials
Free booklet versions and free videos remain protected ERB Academy materials. Free access does not grant permission to resell, modify, rebrand or redistribute the material.
Atoms with Exam Files and Master Booklets
Each Exam File, Master Booklet or Pack includes 1 month of the Atoms course for its subject, starting when ERB confirms the payment. The files remain yours after the month ends.
Atoms courses and Exam Files
Exam Files and Master Booklets are sold only on erbacademy.org. An Atoms subscription gives access to the course (chapters, practice, videos, live sessions); it does not include Exam Files or Master Booklets. Every NCE to A Level Exam File, Master Booklet or Pack bought on erbacademy.org includes 1 month of the Atoms course for its subject, starting when ERB confirms the payment.
Refunds
Monthly fees and digital-product payments are non-refundable once platform access, booklets, exam files, links or other digital resources have been delivered.
Accounts and passwords
Each Atoms account is personal. Passwords are reset by the student with “Forgot password” (one-time code sent by email). ERB Academy may block an account that is shared or misused.
AI-assisted support
Eole, the AI study companion, is an additional learning tool. Students should still use teacher explanations, official syllabuses, mark schemes and ERB Academy materials. AI-generated responses may require verification.
Privacy
Information you give at checkout, in Atoms and on WhatsApp is used for orders, payment verification, account access, academic communication, parent follow-up and student support. ERB Academy does not sell student or parent information.
Examination predictions
ERB Academy predictions are evidence-based revision priorities derived from syllabus content, recurring question structures and examiner-report findings. ERB Academy does not have access to examination questions and does not claim to. All practice material is original and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination board.
Independence
ERB Academy is an independent education provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any examination board. Prices are in Mauritian rupees.
