Who we are

What we collect
Account details you give us: name, WhatsApp number, email, level and subjects, and your password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form). Orders and payment screenshots you send. Your learning progress in Atoms. What you create in the community: profile, username, avatar, hobbies, posts, photos, comments, likes, messages, playlists and reports. If you turn on notifications, a technical notification address for your device. Basic technical data needed to run the service.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, unlock what you paid for, run your courses and live sessions, show your progress, run the community features (feed, chat, daily spin, hearts and leaderboards), send notifications you asked for, verify payments, answer your questions and keep the community safe.
Eole, the AI study companion
When you ask Eole a question, the text of your question is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the answer. Do not include personal details in your questions.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database and storage), Netlify (hosting), Google Drive (study files), OpenAI (Eole) and your browser or phone's notification service. YouTube and Spotify players are shown only when you choose to play music, and those services apply their own policies.
Community safety
Other students can see your public profile, posts and the playlists you share. Messages are visible only to you and the person you write to; ERB Academy may review messages that are reported and can hide content or pause accounts that break the rules. You can block any student at any time.
Children and parents
Atoms is designed for secondary-school students (13 and over). Students under 18 should use Atoms with a parent's or guardian's knowledge. Parents can contact us at any time to review or delete their child's account.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. Payment and order records are kept for accounting, in anonymised form after an account is deleted.
Delete your account
In Atoms: Me → Account & privacy → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your profile, posts, messages, progress, playlists and notification settings. You can also ask us on the account-deletion page below.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us. We answer within 30 days.
