AD ASTRA

To the Stars

The 60-Day Student System for Turning Ambition into Results.

Ruddy Elan Bhujun · Founder, ERB Academy
77-page digital e-book · printable A4 · fully interactive

The AD ASTRA cover: a navy field manual with a gold ruled frame, a six-point constellation, and the four status marks red, amber, green and gold printed along the foot.

This is not a book you read. It is a book you use.

01

Why this book exists

Nobody ever taught them how to execute.

ERB Academy was built because students were receiving content and never being taught how to use it. They had the notes. They had the videos. They had a timetable someone else had written. What they did not have was a way to turn any of it into work that held.

There is a gap between being told to study harder and actually knowing how. AD ASTRA closes that gap. It is the part nobody teaches: what a session should contain, how to know whether it worked, and what to do on the days it does not.

Ruddy did not write it from a clear run. Loss and illness interrupted his own timeline, and those seasons taught him something a study planner rarely accounts for: a system has to serve the person using it, not consume them.

That is why this book has a Minimum Day, a Re-Entry Protocol and a sleep tracker in it, alongside the retrieval practice and the trace-table drills. A plan that only works in a good week is not a plan.

A bad week does not deserve a bad month. Principle 04
02 Every session, the same six.

The method

The AD ASTRA 6

Every study session in this book has the same six parts. Not a suggestion — a shape you fill in, and a record you can look back at.

  1. 1Target

Name the one thing this session is for.

  2. 2Retrieve

Answer first. Look at the notes second.

  3. 3Repair

    Fix what retrieval just exposed.

  4. 4Apply

Use it on a real exam question.

  5. 5Correct

Code the mistake so it can be found again.

  6. 6Return

Set the date you will come back to it.

Every chapter carries a status

Four marks, used across every subject you own. A chapter is never simply "done" — it holds a position you can see at a glance.

  • Red

Not secure. This is where the next session goes.

  • Amber

Recognised, not recalled. Needs retrieval, not rereading.

  • Green

Holds under questioning. Keep it warm.

  • Gold

    Exam-ready. Proven under timed conditions.

An interior spread: a chapter inventory on the left with red, amber, green and gold status marks and a margin note reading "repair first", and a session record on the right listing the six AD ASTRA steps with the Evidence Rule boxed beneath.
Pages 31–32. The inventory on the left, a session record on the right, with the Evidence Rule boxed beneath it. Printable A4, or filled in on screen.

Inside the book

Five systems, working on each other.

I

Know where you stand

Before any plan can be honest, the picture has to be. Day 1 is spent measuring, not motivating.

  • Launch Point Diagnostic20 questions across 5 categories
  • Five Student PathsLeader · High Achiever · Inconsistent · Rescue · Late Starter
  • Chapter InventoriesEvery subject mapped, chapter by chapter
  • Red / Amber / Green / GoldOne status language across everything you own

II

Study with a shape

The part nobody teaches. What a session contains, and how you know it worked rather than merely happened.

  • The AD ASTRA 6Target → Retrieve → Repair → Apply → Correct → Return
  • The Evidence RuleNever write "done" without evidence

III

Plan against real time

Output-based, not hour-based, and built backwards from the dates that actually exist on your exam timetable.

  • 60-Day Flight PlanFive phases, Launch through Ad Astra
  • Weekly and Monthly Flight PlansWritten in output, not in hours
  • Mission ControlExam calendar, backward planning and triage

IV

Turn mistakes into data

A wrong answer is information about which repair is needed. Coded, it stops being a bad feeling and becomes a next action.

  • The Error BankK · U · A · T · C · Q · TIME — seven codes for why a mark was lost
  • Past Paper Protocol and TrackerLearn from papers rather than collect them

V

Built for a person, not a machine

The section that makes the rest survive contact with a real life — illness, a bad week, a phone, a night with no sleep.

  • The Human SystemMinimum Day · Re-Entry Protocol · phone audit · sleep tracker
  • Exam Eve, Morning and Post-Exam Re-EntryWhat to do in the 24 hours either side of a paper
  • Four Founder Interludes and three case studiesWritten to be read on the hard days
  • Letter from Future YouWritten on Day 1. Opened at the end.

The 60-Day Flight Plan

Sixty days, in five phases, from Launch to Ad Astra.

The plan is built backwards from your first paper, so the last phase lands where it should rather than wherever the calendar ran out.

  1. Day 1 · Launch
  2. Day 15
  3. Day 30
  4. Day 45
  5. Day 60 · Ad Astra

It starts with a measurement

Day 1 is the diagnostic and the inventories. You finish it knowing exactly where you stand, which is rarely where you hoped.

It survives a bad week

The Minimum Day and the Re-Entry Protocol exist because weeks go wrong. Losing three days should not cost you the campaign.

It does not stop at Day 60

The whole system is reusable. Run it again for the next series, or for a single subject that needs rebuilding.

05 Six of the twelve.

The principles

Twelve run through the book. These six carry it.

Principle 01

Motivation is welcome. A system is required.

Principle 02

Recognition is not recall.

Principle 03

A timetable that ignores reality is fiction.

Principle 04

A bad week does not deserve a bad month.

Principle 05

Your result is information, not identity.

Principle 06

The future is built on ordinary days.
