Exam Preparation, from wherever you are now until your final paper.

One live hour per subject each week, recorded every time, with past-paper work and correction. Everything a parent or a student needs to decide is on this page — the timetable, the fees, the registration steps and how access is granted.

01

Question one

One programme, fifteen subjects.

ERB Academy runs a single recurring programme: Exam Preparation. It is not a term course that stops in December — it continues until each student sits their final enrolled paper.

NCE / Grade 9

Four subjects

ICT · Business & Entrepreneurship Education · Mathematics · Science

O Level

Ten subjects

Mathematics · Additional Mathematics · Computer Science · Economics · Business Studies · Physics · Chemistry · Biology · English Language · French

AS Level

English General Paper

One weekly session with a written essay each week, marked individually with personal feedback.

02 Not only the students who are behind.

Question two

Students who need structure for the final stretch.

The programme suits a student who has the content somewhere — in a file, a video, a school notebook — but has no reliable way of turning it into answers under time. That describes a weak student and a strong one equally often.

Students do not only listen. They revise content, work examination questions, identify their own mistakes, receive correction guidance and return to the weak chapters. If a student will not do the work between sessions, no programme will help — including this one.

03

Question three

What every registered subject includes.

  • One live session per subject, every week
  • Every session recorded and kept
  • Recorded chapter explanations, where they exist
  • Syllabus notes and support material
  • Past papers
  • Examination questions and targeted tests
  • AI-assisted academic support on the website
  • Weekly revision instructions
  • Examination method and correction guidance
  • The subject's Master Booklet at Rs500 instead of full price

What actually happens in the hour

  1. First 5 min

Retrieval practice and review of the previous lesson.

  2. 5–20 min

A difficult concept or weak chapter, explained in detail.

  3. 20–45 min

    Examination-style questions and past-paper work.

  4. 45–55 min

Correction, mark-scheme expectations and common mistakes.

  5. Final 5 min

The weekly task and direction for the next session.

The shape changes when a full paper, an essay or an extended problem needs more room.

Which recordings already exist

Video coverage differs by subject and is still expanding. We publish the position rather than describe the library as complete. Notes and support material exist for every subject.

As the official examination timetable is published, sessions are reordered so that the subjects sitting soonest receive the most attention. Changes are announced in the WhatsApp group and updated here.

05

Question five

Monthly fees, per subject or all-access.

Fees are monthly and cover as long as the student stays registered. There is no joining fee and no annual commitment.

O Level

One subject Rs650per month
All ten subjects Rs2,500per month

All-access students choose up to four priority subjects for closer progress tracking and follow-up.

NCE / Grade 9

One subject Rs625per month
All four subjects Rs2,100per month

Covers ICT, Business & Entrepreneurship Education, Mathematics and Science.

English General Paper

AS Level EGP Rs999per month

Includes a weekly essay, personal marking, individual improvement points and a monthly progress summary.

Master Booklets are separate one-off purchases. Registered students pay Rs500 for the booklet of a subject they are taking — see Study Materials for the full list. No programme can guarantee a grade; ERB Academy provides the teaching, practice and correction.

06 Now you have enough to decide.

Question six

Three steps to register.

  1. Complete the registration form

Student and parent details, the level, the subjects and any booklets. It opens in a new tab and takes a few minutes.

  2. Message on WhatsApp to confirm

ERB Academy confirms the subject selection, any booklet order and the exact amount due, so nothing is guessed.

  3. Pay, and send the proof

Send the payment screenshot with the student's full name. Access follows verification — see questions seven and eight.

Students can join at any point in the year. A student joining later receives the recordings already made for their subjects.

07

Question seven

MCB Juice or bank transfer.

Pay by MCB Juice to 5785 8500, or by bank transfer. Then send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp together with the student's full name, so the payment can be matched to the right registration.

Bank transfer details are confirmed on WhatsApp when the amount is agreed, rather than published on this page.

Fees are monthly. A renewal reminder is sent on WhatsApp before the next access cycle, so nothing lapses without warning.

Monthly fees and digital products are non-refundable once class access, website codes or booklets have been delivered. This is why every Master Booklet has a free version to read first.

Send payment proof

08

Question eight

After the payment is verified, not before.

Once payment is matched to the registration, the student receives their access codes, is added to Google Classroom for materials, and joins the WhatsApp group for their subjects, where session information and any timetable change is announced.

  1. Form
  2. WhatsApp confirmation
  3. Payment
  4. Verification
  5. Access codes
  6. Classroom & group

Live sessions are recorded for educational use, and a student's display name, voice or chat contribution may appear in a recording. Registration includes consent to that. Full terms are in the policies.

For parents

Four things, in plain terms.

The programme

One live hour per subject each week, on a weekday evening between 18:00 and 22:00. Every session is recorded, so a missed evening is not a missed chapter. It runs until your child's final paper.

The payment

A monthly fee per subject, or an all-access fee per level. Nothing is charged automatically — you are told the exact amount on WhatsApp before each cycle and you choose to pay it.

The access

After payment is verified your child receives access codes, Google Classroom for materials and a WhatsApp group for their subjects. You can ask for that access to be confirmed to you directly.

The support

Parents can message the same WhatsApp number as students, for progress, attendance or payment questions. All-access students have up to four priority subjects tracked closely and followed up.
